About the host
Amanda Kinkade.
Amanda Kinkade is a Jacksonville native and the broker and owner of Kinkade Commercial Real Estate, the firm she founded in 2018. She studied finance with a real estate focus at UNF, earned her broker's license in 2007, and has closed more than $100 million in deals across office, retail, industrial, and land.
She's a past president of the Exchange Club of Jacksonville and lives here with her husband Brian and their three daughters.
On Groundwork, she sits down with the owners, developers, and operators behind the spaces Jacksonville lives and works in, and gets the story of how they got built.
