Andrew is the Founder and Managing Director of The Wealth Investors Network (W.I.N.), where he works as chief strategist and investment plan architect for residential real estate investments built around capital preservation. Based in Jacksonville, he evaluates every opportunity through the W.I.N. Capital Preservation Framework, which puts protecting capital, asset-backed security, conservative underwriting and aligned interests ahead of chasing returns.
He is also Executive Principal at Aecom Investments, where since 2017 he has led real estate acquisitions, redevelopment and asset management with a data-driven approach. Before real estate, Andrew spent about two decades in telecom and technology at Nokia, Agilent Technologies, Taqua and Mitel, moving from software engineering into sales engineering, project management and operations leadership.
