Ashok Adur is a plastics and polymer consultant in Jacksonville who has run Everest International Consulting since 1992. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering and has more than 45 years in R&D, product and process development, technical service, sales, marketing and general management at companies including Chemplex, Air Products, BP Chemicals, International Paper, PolyOne, Crane Plastics and Vertellus.
Ashok helps companies develop higher-margin products, improve productivity and cut costs, with deep expertise in polymers, rubber, composites, compounding, microencapsulation, multi-layer packaging and the chemistry of interfaces. He is an inventor on more than 75 patent applications, has published 13 journal papers and presented over 70 papers at conferences, and is an SPE Fellow.
