About.
Ed is the Founder and Principal of Valliere Performance Group LLC in Metro Jacksonville, where he helps leadership teams find and remove the constraints that limit performance. His work focuses on PE portfolio operations, manufacturing, supply chain and software, and on turning financial targets into concrete changes on the shop floor.
He brings more than 30 years of operational excellence and Lean experience, including long runs at GE across Aviation, Power, Oil & Gas, Energy and Healthcare, plus leadership roles at Infor and GKN Aerospace. Ed is hands-on: he finds root causes quickly, puts corrective action in place, and builds the daily management systems and leadership coaching that keep results holding after the project ends.
