John is a litigation support expert and academic who specializes in energy economics, regulatory compliance and deceptive marketing matters. As CEO of Vista Consulting Group in St. Augustine, Florida, he and his team provide expert reports and courtroom testimony for counsel in complex class action, regulatory, consumer protection and corporate cases across the United States.
Over the past 20 years John has been designated as an expert witness in more than 25 judicial actions, has never been excluded, and has contributed to client recoveries of more than $3.5 billion. He holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and a BA in Chemistry from Syracuse University, spent 10 years as a scientist at Brookhaven National Laboratory, founded two energy retail companies, and teaches public administration at Flagler College.
