Justin is the Founder and CEO of Wolfcat Consulting Inc., a Ponte Vedra Beach firm that provides IT, cybersecurity and satellite communication consulting to businesses and government. Before starting Wolfcat in 2020, Justin spent more than 24 years with the U.S. Department of Defense, finishing as Chief Information Officer. In that role he led 83 senior leaders and 11,500 network engineers delivering IP, voice, data and imagery services to 450,000 clients across commercial and DoD terrestrial and satellite networks.
