About.
Serena founded Strategically Human in 2019 around one belief: people should never have to become less human in order to succeed. Her company helps individuals, teams and organizations handle change, burnout, difficult conversations and disrupted plans with more clarity and confidence.
Before that she spent more than a decade running an office and closing mortgages in Jacksonville real estate, then led retail and medical teams, where she saw firsthand how much a team's results depend on how its people are led.
