In May 2026, Gateway Jax tapped JLL to lead leasing on 655 Pearl, a six-story 100,000 square foot Class-A trophy office building with 25,000 square feet of retail. The project, with groundbreaking targeted for 2027, represents the first speculative downtown trophy office announced since One Tower Court.
