In May 2026, Jacksonville City Council approved a $12 million incentive package (a $5.5M Recapture Enhanced Value Grant + $6.5M Headquarters Retention Grant) in exchange for a 15-year HQ commitment at 5050 Edgewood Court, retention of 500 jobs, 200 new positions averaging $100K, and $65 million in combined HQ and store investment.
