How a law firm becomes a successful business.
with Sara Frasca
Every law firm that outgrows its founder made the same handful of decisions on purpose.
Bar Raised sits down with Northeast Florida managing partners and firm owners to talk through how they actually built the leadership structure, the systems and the team that let their practice become something bigger than one person's book of business. The plateau they hit. The decision to stop being the only rainmaker. The first hire that changed everything. What almost didn't work. Nobody on this show is selling a book of business. They're explaining how they built one that doesn't depend on them alone.
