Executive Producer · Ponte Vedra

Your name in the credits. Your shows on the record.

In television the Executive Producer credit goes to whoever brings the talent and the financing and gets the show made. That is this job, literally. Paid in points, not salary.

Contract · Daily huddle at the studio · Points, no salary

Tell us who should have a show

Where we actually are

Chicago

A decade, more than 1,000 conversations since 2014, sponsored in that era by Microsoft.

Jacksonville

Restarting now from a studio in Nocatee Town Center, Ponte Vedra, after five dormant years. A startup again, a very small team with a big vision.

Orlando

Next, once the Jacksonville playbook is proven.

We are telling you this up front because you should know exactly what you are joining: the beginning, not the middle.

What we believe

Nobody builds alone.

We put the people building Jacksonville in front of each other, on camera, and we write down what they know before it is lost.

The platform can be sponsored. The conversation cannot be bought.

The archive

Twelve years of proof it is real.

1,000+ conversations since 2014. Watch the archive

410 conversations you can watch right now.

The job, in three moves

01

Find the host

A respected local operator with a subject to own. You bring them in, Adam greenlights.

02

Cast the pilot

Two episodes. The host brings the first guests, or casting is added on.

03

Land the sponsor

A sponsored season replaces the host fee, so the show is free for the host and bigger for you.

Then hand it to operations and go build the next one. Your credit runs on every episode you originate. You will be doing this before the playbook is finished, because you are one of the people writing it.

How the money works

Nothing hidden, because you are going to ask anyway.

Season
$2,500 a month for two fully produced episodes: positioning, studio, edit, publishing, social.
Casting add on
$1,000 a month per show when the host or sponsor wants guests sourced.
Sponsored season
A sponsor underwrites the show, the host pays nothing, one presenting seat per show.
Growth services
Hosts who need marketing are referred to Mabbly, with a referral fee to you.

$500

Per show per month. 20 points on $2,500.

$10,000

A slate of 20 shows. The floor, not the ceiling.

100

Shows a month the studio can carry across two rooms.

Twenty points of first dollar gross on every show on your slate, for as long as it is on air and you are active. No producer fee, no base, no draw. Nothing on pilots, which is exactly why the pilots have to be good. A slate of twenty is $10,000 a month, and we treat twenty as the floor of a serious slate, not the ceiling. The studio can carry a hundred shows a month across two rooms, a sponsored season pays more than a host season so your points do too, and casting add ons and referral fees sit on top. Month one will not look like any of that, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What you never do

Greenlight

Adam approves every host and every sponsor. You propose, editorial disposes.

Produce

The idea2result video production team runs the room and the edit. Alex runs the schedule and owns the host after signature.

Sell the conversation

The platform can be sponsored. The conversation cannot be bought.

How we work

This is not a remote role. We huddle every day at the studio in Nocatee Town Center. The goals are ambitious and a daily rhythm is how small teams hit them. If you are looking for something to drift into, this is the wrong slate.

Who you are

We are not asking for a producing credit or a rolodex. Relationships can be built. What cannot be taught is this: you get an idea in your head and you cannot leave it alone until it exists. You are curious about people for real, not as a technique. You can walk into a room of strangers and leave with three conversations that matter. You hear no and treat it as information. You are drawn to people who build things, and you want to be the reason their story gets told. Once you have a vision, you are unstoppable.

Our first Executive Producer is coming on now. We are looking for the second.

If this is not you but you know exactly who it is, send them this page. That is how we expect to find them.

How to apply

Three names and one video. Tell us three people in Jacksonville who should have a show. Then record a video under two minutes on your phone: introduce yourself and tell us about one of those three and why. No resume. We make television, so show us you on camera. If there are three real names and a real video, Adam calls you within two days.

Apply

Tell us who should have a show.

Three names and one video. That is the whole application.

Adam reads every one of these himself.

An unlisted YouTube link, a Loom, or a shared drive link all work.
