Why Jacksonville

22,096

employer firms operate in Duval County.

Many of them started with a single location. The decision to open a second is where an owner stops running a business and starts building a company, and it is almost never discussed in public.

The first two conversations

Two episodes to open with.

  1. Knowing when the first location is ready to multiply.

An owner on the signals that said yes, and the ones that should have said wait.

  2. Hiring the manager who replaces the founder.

An operator on the first person trusted to run a location without them in it.

What it costs

The pilot is on us. Mabbly funds the first two episodes. If it is greenlit, a season is $2,500 a month, paid by you or a sponsor.

How we host

How this works

Two episodes first. The season is earned.

  1. Step 1

    Conversation

We talk about the show, the vertical and the people you want in the chair.

  2. Step 2

    Two episode pilot

We produce two episodes end to end. The pilot is on us.

  3. Step 3

    Greenlight

We decide together after episode two. If the guests you wanted said yes and the conversations were good, the show moves forward.

  4. Step 4

    Season

Twelve episodes, two a month, across six months.

  5. Step 5

    The season is sponsored

You pay $2,500 a month for the season, or a sponsor does instead. Never both.

Nothing here promises a permanent show. A pilot earns a season, and a season earns the next one.

The conversation compounds

One good conversation produces the next one.

  1. Owner conversation
  2. Trusted introduction
  3. Next location
  4. Permanent archive

You lead the conversation. advisor.TV handles everything else.

  1. PrepareGuest research, subject preparation and the questions worth asking.
  2. RecordStudio, cameras, sound and direction in Ponte Vedra.
  3. PublishEditing, publishing and distribution, then the permanent archive.
